Eastern Athletic Boosters Coaches Purchase Request Information:
All purchases are to be submitted on the purchase request form. This form is available on the school website. All requests need to be sent to the treasurer prior to placing any orders. Any request for $300 or less can be approved by the President or Vice President once the Treasurer has confirmed the funds are available. For purchase requests over $300 there must be a meeting of the Boosters Club officers to approve. The coach will be notified as soon as the request has been approved. No items will be paid for by the Boosters without requests and approval. Coaches are encouraged to submit requests for items such as equipment at the beginning of the school year so the Boosters can budget the money.
