The SOMC Eastern Family Practice is taking public appointments. The office is open to both students at Eastern Local Schools and community members. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Appointments can be made by calling (740) 226-1552. To enter the clinic, the public must enter door 14 located on the northeast corner of the building near the Beaver Pike entrance.
