The Eastern Local School District will be operating on a 1 hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, March 6, 2025.
We will be hosting the Vision to Learn Van on March 19 and 20 of 2025. If you do not wish to have your child included in this free service, please complete the attached form and return to the school by March 19, 2025. Children who are in need of an examination will receive one for free and corrective glasses for free if needed. We previously had this program at Eastern in 2023 and it is for all K-12 students .

After School Intervention will be cancelled on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. The cancellation is due to the OHSAA Regional Boys Basketball game being held in Columbus at Ohio Dominican University.

Eastern Elementary will be celebrating Read Across America Week March 3-7. There will be a theme for students each day of the week.

Eastern Local Schools will be dismissing the After School Intervention Program 30 minutes early at 4:30pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. The 30 minute early dismissal is to allow everyone time to attend the Varsity Boys Basketball game at Jackson High School starting at 6:00 PM.
Tonight's home boys basketball tournament game is a White Out!! Please wear white to tonight's game. Game starts at 7pm. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
